PP28 Black Screw Cap with Inner Disk & Dosing Cap with 4.1 mm Orifice
Screw closure made of polypropylene (PP) plastic of food and pharmaceutical quality for glass containers with Pilfer 28, DIN28, GL28 or 28 mm diameter threads. Not suitable for our plastic bottles and should be checked for suitability for any PP28 or 28 mm screw neck plastic container.
The cap has an inner expanded polyethylene (EPE) disc that provides a tighter fit with the bottle without leakage or loss of contents.
The safety ring is a guarantee that it has not been tampered with until the customer opens it.
The stopper insert is made of low density polyethylene (PELD) with a 4.1 mm Ø orifice and is specially designed for liquid extraction by syringe. This model is not suitable for plastic or PET bottles with a PP28 thread.
The combination of a bottle with this cap is excellent for storing, dosing and extracting its contents with a syringe.
The hole of the plug is designed for handling the product by syringe. It does not have a second hole for air inlet, so if you want to dose the contents, you will have to shake the bottle to allow air to enter and product to exit.
