Shipped & Delivery

The delivery time at LABComercial will always depend on the selected carrier and the destination. We have different carriers depending on the volume, weight and destination of the order.

Order preparation conditions
Depending on the time the order is paid by the Customer, the preparation of the order will start: any order after 2 p.m. will be prepared the next working day and in the case of Fridays after 12 p.m. it will be moved to Monday.

Order delivery time
Inform that shipments made after 2 p.m. and in the case of Fridays, after 12 a.m., will be delivered to the transport company the next working day.

Order tracking information
When we have an order for shipment, some transport companies automatically provide us with the tracking number so that you can find out the status of your order at any time. You will receive this information automatically via e-mail. You will also have the tracking number in your customer area of our shop for your reference.

In the case of transport companies that do not have this automatic link, you will receive an additional e-mail with the web address for your query and the tracking number of the shipment.

Incidents
Our commitment is that the order will be sent as quickly as possible and when we deliver the package to the carrier, it will depend on its delivery directly from the carrier. There are punctual stages such as at Christmas when the work may be collapsed and the delivery time may be longer.

It is also possible that the order is delayed due to a break in stock or similar, in which case our customer service will keep you informed of the situation with the maximum interest in resolving it.

Information for the carrier
Remember that in the payment process and within the address section you have a field to write comments or additional information for the carrier.

Order delivery
The carrier will make two delivery attempts which, once overcome and unsuccessful, the package will go to the corresponding delivery office to be picked up by the Customer.

If the Customer requests a new delivery, this third delivery will incur an additional cost to be paid by the Customer.

If the Customer doesn't want to pick up the package at the delivery office or pay the additional cost of the third delivery, the package will be returned to LABComercial's warehouse after 15 days with an additional charge. The Customer, when requesting the refund of the order, will be paid the amount deducting the administrative costs incurred as well as the charges of the carrier both for the shipment to your home and the shipment to our warehouse.
