Legal warranty

All products sold by LABComercial are covered by the legal warranty applicable under current legislation.

For private consumers, the legal warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with Spanish and European legislation.

During this period, if the product shows a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity, the customer may request a review.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults of origin that affect the normal functioning of the product.

If a defect is confirmed, LABComercial may offer:

  • repair of the product
  • replacement with an equivalent item
  • full or partial refund, depending on the case

The solution will be applied in accordance with the applicable legislation.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • incorrect use or improper handling
  • normal wear and tear
  • breakage caused by impacts or drops
  • use with incompatible products or conditions
  • modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

For products made of glass, plastic, or other technical materials, small manufacturing tolerances in dimensions, weight, or finish may occur and do not affect their functionality.

Fragile products or consumables

Some products, such as laboratory glassware, plastic materials or consumables, may be sensitive to impacts or incorrect handling.

How to request a warranty review

If you detect a problem with a product, you can contact our customer service department.

To process the request, the following information will be required:

  • order or invoice number
  • product reference
  • description of the issue
  • photographs of the product if applicable

Our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps.

Transport costs

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after review, LABComercial will assume the reasonable costs associated with the warranty process.

If the product does not present a defect covered by the warranty, transport or inspection costs may be charged to the customer.

Products with manufacturer warranty

Some equipment may be covered by a direct manufacturer warranty.

In such cases, LABComercial will inform the customer of the procedure required to manage the applicable warranty.
