With a maximum relative centrifugal force (RCF) of 2,500 g and precise speed settings in 100xg increments, this centrifuge provides the flexibility to adapt to various centrifugation needs. The maintenance-free brushless induction motor ensures smooth, long-lasting operation. Speed is an outstanding feature, with acceleration times of 3 seconds and braking times of 4 seconds. In addition, the machine features an adjustable timer from 1 to 99 minutes and the option to work in continuous mode (HOLD), offering versatility in the duration of spin processes.
The LED display provides a clear visualisation of speed (rpm) and time (seconds), facilitating real-time monitoring. The warning system includes an audible signal, activated by manually opening the lid by push button and at the end of the spin time, maintaining a low noise level of ≤62 dB.
Safety is paramount with the automatic internal diagnostic system, ensuring reliable operation. It is supplied without heads, allowing customisation according to the user's specific needs.
3 programme memories
• Blood programme: rotation speed is 3,200 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes.
• Urine programme: rotation speed is 1800 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes.
• Faeces programme: the rotation speed for faeces is 1300 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes.
5 different models of compatible heads are available:
• Oscillating suitable for 4 x 50 ml tubes; compatible also with Falcon 15 ml and Vacutainer 13x75 mm tubes, using the included adapters.
• Oscillator for 6 x 15 ml tubes; can also be used with 13x75 mm Vacutainer tubes using adapters.
• Angle designed to hold up to 24 x 15 ml tubes; also suitable for 13x75 mm Vacutainer tubes with adapters.
• Angled for a combination of 12 x 10 ml tubes and 8 x 15 ml tubes.
• Angled for 8 x 15 ml tubes.
