Equipment specially developed to work in quality control in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, as well as for water analysis, among other processes.
Stable base made of enamelled iron and with stainless steel braces with rubber protection. The equipment is designed with a distance between each place that facilitates the access and handling of the filter funnels. The vacuum manifold is made of borosilicate glass 3.3.
Each one of the place has a glass stopcock with 90° closing that allows to work independently in each station or in series. The outlet tube of the vacuum manifoldend is 10 mm diameter olive.
The filter holder is connected to the vacuum manifold by means of a rubber stopper. The connection of the funnel to the filter holder is adjusted with a clamp.
The reference includes 13 elements:
1 unit 3-place vacuum manifoldend with iron support
3 units 500 ml funnels; made glass of borosilicate 3.3
3 units filter holders for 47 mm diameter membrane filters; made glass of borosilicate 3.3
3 units ionised aluminium clamps
3 units bored silicone stoppers, 1 hole.
The vacuum manifoldend can be disassembled into parts with caution and proceed to its cleaning taking care not to expose the glass parts to sudden changes in temperature. Glass parts can be clear by autoclaved except for plastic and rubber parts.
The vacuum circuit is made by connecting the vacuum manifoldend to the vacuum pump by means of a rubber tube connected to the 10 mm diameter olive ramp. The 47 mm membrane filter must first be placed in each filter holder.
