How do I return an item from my order?
To initiate the process of returning items, please access your customer area and select 'ORDER HISTORY'. Choose the order you wish to return and click on 'DETAILS'. You will be able to see all the items in your order and select the ones you wish to return.
At the bottom of the page, you will find a field for 'ADD A MESSAGE', where you can explain the reason for the return.
In your customer area, under 'My merchandise returns', you will be able to check the status of the process and download the necessary documentation to include in the package.
Once you have requested the return, you will receive an email with our instructions.
Please note that products must be returned within fourteen calendar days of receiving your order, and we will not accept products that:
• Are not in their original packaging.
• Are not in perfect condition.
• Have been used, altered, or modified.
Once we have accepted the return and received the items in our premises, we will assess their condition.
If we confirm that the products are in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs and any bank charges will not be covered.
