LABComercial is an online store, and our warehouse in Barcelona is a logistics facility that does not offer customer service or direct sales to the public.
During checkout, you can choose between warehouse collection or collection by your own carrier. LABComercial does not charge for either collection option; if you use your own carrier, arranging and paying for the transport is the customer’s responsibility.
Warehouse location information
THE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS IS PROVIDED ONCE THE ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION. |
The warehouse address is not published on our website because it is a logistics facility and not premises open to the public.
Please wait until you receive our email confirming that your order is ready before travelling to the warehouse or arranging collection with your carrier.
Opening hours and closure dates
Before arranging collection, please check the available collection hours and warehouse closure dates. Opening hours may vary throughout the year, and the warehouse is closed on certain public holidays and during holiday closure periods.

Collecting your order from the warehouse
Once your order is ready, you can collect it during the hours indicated in the email confirming that it is available for collection.
Collection by another person
Your order may also be collected by another person. To identify it, they must provide the order reference or show the email confirming that the order is ready for collection.
Collection by a carrier arranged by the customer
If you are using your own carrier, you will receive the information required to arrange collection by email, including the weight and dimensions of the parcel, the warehouse address and the available collection hours.
Once the transport has been arranged, you must send us the shipping label before collection so that we can correctly identify and label the parcel.
LABComercial is not responsible for any incidents, damage or loss that may occur during transport arranged by the customer once the parcel has been collected from our warehouse.
