Our online shop sells directly to both private individuals and businesses. We do not operate a physical retail store. You may collect your order from our warehouse in Barcelona, postcode 08004 – Spain (2 minutes from Plaza España). Purchases cannot be made at the warehouse, as it operates solely as a parcel collection point.

Collecting Your Order in Person
During checkout, you must select the shipping method: “Warehouse pickup – Barcelona / Retrait à l’entrepôt – Barcelone / Recogida en almacén – Barcelona”. By choosing this option, you indicate that you will personally collect your order from our warehouse.
You may also designate another person to collect the order on your behalf. In this case, the person collecting the order must present the email confirming that the order is ready for collection or provide the order reference number.
Collection by the Customer’s Carrier
If you select the shipping method “Customer’s carrier / Transporteur du client / Transportista del cliente” during checkout, you may arrange for collection of the order by your own transport company.
In this case, when placing the order you must indicate in the field “Additional information for the carrier” the name of the transport company and any other relevant information.
Once the order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email and provide the following information:
— The address and opening hours of our warehouse
— The weight and dimensions of the parcel.
You must reply to that email with the shipping label for the parcel. We can only hand over parcels that are correctly labelled.
LABComercial cannot be held responsible for any incidents related to shipments arranged by the transport company contracted by the customer, nor for any damage or loss once the parcel has left our warehouse. Any claim must be made directly to the transport company contracted by the customer.
Warehouse Closing Days (Public Holidays and Holiday Periods)
Our warehouse is located in the city of Barcelona and may occasionally be closed on certain days due to local public holidays or during holiday periods. You can check the days when the warehouse will be closed via the following link:
