Our online shop sells directly to individuals and companies. We don't have a physical point of sale. You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Barcelona, postcode 08004 - Spain (2 minutes from Plaza España). It isn't possible to make purchases at our warehouse, which only has a parcel collection service.

You pick up the order in our warehouse
You will have to choose as method of shipment: "Pick up in warehouse, SPAIN / Recoger en almacén Barcelona, SPAIN / Enlèvement à l'entrepôt, ESPAGNE" during the process of purchase and with it, you will have selected that you personally will pass to pick up your purchase by our warehouse.
When the order is ready to be picked up, we will email you with all the information: the address and opening hours of the warehouse.
You send your carrier to collect the order
If you select as your shipping method: "Customer sends carrier / Cliente envía transportista / Le client envoie son transporteur" as the delivery method during the checkout process, you can also send your carrier.
In this case, it will be necessary that you indicate to us in the order process in the field "Additional information for the carrier": the name of your carrier company and any other additional information.
When the order is ready for collection, we will inform you via the email with which you registered as a customer with the following information:
- The address and the opening hours of our warehouse
- Weight and measurements of the package.
You will always have to reply to the email, sending the shipping identification label for the package. Only packages that are labelled will be delivered.
LABComercial is not responsible for any incident concerning the shipment of the package(s) made by the customer carrier's, as well as any breakage of the products or loss once the package has left our warehouse. Any claim must be made directly to the carrier contacted by the customer.
Closed for Public Holidays or Vacation
Our warehouse is located in Barcelona and may be closed on certain days due to local holidays or exceptional closures. Please check the days when the warehouse will be closed by following this link:
