RETURNS OR WITHDRAWAL OF THE ORDER

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, according to the official calendar of their place of habitual residence, from the date of receipt by the Customer of the products purchased. In any case, it will be understood that the Customer has known the right of withdrawal from the registration as a User on the website where he is required to read and accept these General Conditions, and in any case from the time he places the order.

The procedure to exercise a return will start with the Customer's request by opening a management through the Customer Service Department that appears in the Web page and sending it to Lab Comercial. The Customer Service Department will answer you within a maximum period of 48 working hours from the reception of the request, assigning if necessary return instructions.

In case of acceptance of the return of the material by Lab Comercial, the Customer will receive by mail, the return number and the instructions to proceed with its return. The Client will be able to make his return within the five days following the reception of the mail, indicating in the shipment package the assigned return number.

Any returned product that is not received in perfect condition and/or in its original packaging will not be accepted.

The return of the product will not be accepted once it has been used or if it has been altered or modified.

Accepted the withdrawal of the Client by Lab Comercial and once received the material with conformity of its correct state, LABComercial will return the received amounts by means of credit and the expenses of shipment with the retention of the corresponding banking commission if it was the case.

DAMAGES IN THE PACKAGE BY TRANSPORT

The products always move at the risk of a transport agency, so Lab Comercial is not responsible for any damage, loss, transport, injury or accident that may occur when sending the products. At the time of delivery, the Customer must check that the package is not damaged on the outside or that the package sounds damaged on the inside.

If the package is apparently damaged or when moving it sounds that the material is broken, the Customer must automatically return the package to the carrier without signing the delivery note.

In this case, the carrier will notify us of the incident and at the same time we will initiate an incident to resolve it as soon as possible. In this case, Lab Comercial will take charge of collecting the defective product and once received, we will proceed to send a product in perfect condition without any cost for the Customer.

If after receiving the order and signing the delivery note, if the Customer opens the package and notices that the goods are damaged, he must inform LABComercial immediately by e-mail info@labcomercial.com justifying it by means of several photographs of the damaged products as well as the received packaging (where the identification label of the transporter is obnserved) during the first 24 hours from the delivery.

Once the 24 hours of delivery of the order have passed, LABComercial will not be responsible for the state of the goods received by the Client.

LABComercial reserves the right to replace the material when the circumstances or the precedents take to him to determine, to their single criterion, that the Client acts with bad faith in his claim.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

LABComercial will take care of all the expenses derived from the delivery to the client of a defective product, whenever the Client makes the claim within the 7 days following the date of invoice. After this period the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product comes into effect. The conditions and coverage of the guarantee will vary for each case (see section "Guarantee").

In this case, instructions will be given to the Customer for the collection of the product. The product must be packed in the original packaging and in perfect presentation. Once Lab Comercial has received the product and reviewed it, a new one will be sent to the Customer.
