AccuDose HF Bottle-Top Dispenser for Hydrofluoric Acid and Aggressive Reagents

The AccuDose HF bottle-top dispenser has been designed for laboratory applications requiring high chemical resistance to highly corrosive substances. It is particularly suitable for work with hydrofluoric acid (HF) and other aggressive reagents that are incompatible with conventional dispensers.

Its construction combines components made from PTFE, PFA, FEP and PP, fluoropolymer materials selected for their chemical stability and behaviour in highly reactive media. This configuration allows safer and more reliable dispensing operations in chemical, industrial, pharmaceutical and research laboratories.

The system incorporates a recirculation valve, helping to minimise reagent loss and reduce bubble formation during dispensing. The PTFE piston provides smooth and precise movement, while the springless valve promotes fluid operation and reduces the risk of blockage.

The flexible nozzle and 360° rotating adaptor make it easier to work in different operating positions. The volume adjustment system allows quick and accurate setting, with five ranges available depending on the model, from 0.25–2.5 ml up to 5–60 ml.

The unit is supplied with 28, 32, 38, 40 and 45 mm adaptors, an adjustable telescopic tube and a calibration tool. It is also autoclavable at 121 °C, allowing sterilisation for use in demanding laboratory environments.
