Any shipment outside the European Union will be considered as an export.

Regarding customs: all taxes, commissions, fees and other expenses derived from the order are to be paid by the customer.

The only method of payment is by bank transfer in Euros.

Request for a quotation of the cost of transport:

If you are unable to register your address, or cannot choose a shipping method to my country, please contact us and request a formal quotation.
In this request we need all the information of the order: references / units, delivery address and billing address with contact person and telephone number.

In case you want to send your carrier, as soon as the order is ready, we will send you the dimensions and weight of the package and the pick-up address of our warehouse.
