The Polystyrene (PS) Macro Cell is a high quality cell designed specifically for use in photometers. It allows precise optical measurements in the range 340 to 800 nm. It has a nominal volume of 4.0 ml and is made of polystyrene (PS), a biologically inert and physiologically harmless material.
With an outer diameter of 12.50 mm (± 0.2 mm), an inner diameter of 10.00 mm (± 0.2 mm) and a height of 45.00 mm (± 0.2 mm), the macro cuvette provides sufficient space for samples and ensures precise optical transmission for measurements. Its precise dimensions ensure correct sample positioning and optimum light transmission.
It is suitable for the temperature range -50 °C to 55 °C, allowing measurements to be made at different temperatures. It is durable and designed to meet the demands of daily laboratory use.
