Basic Operating Instructions
- Calibration: Before each use, calibrate the refractometer with distilled water to ensure accurate measurements.
- Measurement: Place a few drops of the sample on the prism, close the cover, point the instrument towards a light source and read the value on the scale through the eyepiece.
- Cleaning: After measurement, clean the prism and cover with distilled water before drying and storing.
