Heating Mantle with Stirring
The heating mantle with stirring is essential for distillation, evaporation, and more. Its robust design, featuring chrome-nickel heating elements, reaches up to 370 °C. It provides precise control and stirring up to 1400 rpm, making it ideal for various laboratory capacities.
Nahita Heating Mantles with Stirring
Nahita heating mantles with stirring combine uniform heating with controlled magnetic agitation, making them ideal for distillation, digestion, evaporation, extraction and dissolution processes in chemical, biological and industrial laboratories. These units maintain thermal homogeneity of mixtures and ensure accuracy in assays that require simultaneous temperature and movement.
Built from durable materials and safe for prolonged use, the mantles include a support rod and stirring magnet, and offer capacities from 100 mL to 2000 mL, adapting to different working volumes. Independent regulation of temperature and speed, together with status indicator lights, provides control and reliability throughout the process.
Analogue heating mantles with stirring
Provide analogue control of temperature and stirring speed via independent knobs. Each unit includes indicator lights and reaches a maximum heating temperature of 380 °C and a maximum stirring speed of up to 1400 rpm. The robust, compact and functional design ensures homogeneous, stable heating. Supplied with a support rod and stirring magnet.
Digital heating mantles with stirring
Equipped with a painted steel housing and mineral fibre wool thermal insulation for maximum energy efficiency. Chrome–nickel alloy heating elements provide durability and uniform heat transfer. Features analogue speed control and digital temperature regulation via potentiometer with LED display, enabling precise and safe readout. They reach a maximum heating temperature of 380 °C and a maximum stirring speed of up to 14000 rpm.
Each unit is supplied with a support rod, stirring magnet and PT100 temperature probe for more accurate thermal measurement in high-precision processes.
