Digital Magnetic Heating Mantle Stirrers for Beakers and Flasks up to 1 Litre

Digital magnetic heating mantle stirrers enable simultaneous heating and stirring of liquids using a magnetic field, providing stable control of temperature and speed across a wide range of laboratory applications. This range includes eight models designed to work with beakers and round-bottom flasks in capacities of 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1,000 ml.

The heating mantle ensures uniform and surrounding heat distribution, minimising thermal gradients and improving process stability. It is made of cotton with aluminium silicate fibre, offering good thermal and chemical resistance for continuous laboratory use.

Digital Control and Thermal Accuracy

The unit features an LCD display for speed and temperature monitoring, with a stirring range of 200 to 1,500 rpm and temperature control up to 280 °C. Thermal control is achieved via the heating mantle and can be enhanced with an external PT1000 temperature sensor not included, recommended for high-precision applications.

The self-calibration function improves measurement accuracy, supporting repeatable results in laboratory processes, quality control and sample preparation.

Safety and Design for Continuous Use

The system incorporates a dual safety circuit that continuously monitors operation. In the event of sensor failure, overheating or short circuit, the unit automatically stops heating or cuts power to protect both the user and the equipment.

A warning indicator activates above 50 °C, even when the unit is switched off but still connected to the power supply. The flame-resistant metal housing ensures durability and safe operation under demanding conditions.

Thanks to the combination of magnetic stirring, uniform heating and precise digital control, these units are suitable for analytical laboratories, teaching, quality control and general heated stirring applications.
