Laboratory Markers with Zinc Point, Diamond Point or Permanent Ink

Laboratory glass markers are designed to identify microscope slides, containers, and other materials by direct marking or permanent-ink writing. The range includes three models suited to different surfaces and marking requirements.

The metal marking pencil with zinc point can be used to mark glass, porcelain, ceramics and certain metal surfaces directly, without ink. Its knurled metal body provides a firm grip and improves control during marking. It includes a metal clip and has an approximate length of 150 mm.

The wooden marking pencil with diamond point is designed for permanently engraving microscope slides and other glass products. The point creates a fine inscription directly on the surface, without ink or drying time. The engraving is resistant to humidity, heat, cold and solvents, making it suitable when identification must remain legible during sample handling, processing or storage. Its approximate length is 150 mm.

The fine-tip marker with permanent black ink writes immediately on glass, plastic and paper. Its ultra-fine tip and high-contrast ink allow small, clearly legible inscriptions to be made on microscope slides, embedding cassettes, Petri dishes, containers, labels and other laboratory materials. The ink is water-resistant and resistant to most chemicals commonly used in laboratories. Its formulation is water-based, solvent-free, odourless and non-toxic. The marker includes a protective cap and clip and has an approximate length of 140 mm.

The diamond point is recommended for producing fine, indelible engravings on glass; the zinc point can be used to mark different hard surfaces; and the permanent-ink marker provides visible, resistant writing without engraving the surface.
