Injectable butyl septum for GL45 thread
Black butyl rubber septum designed for use with GL45 screw caps provided with an opening to hold the septum. It has an upper diameter of 40 mm and a lower diameter of 31 mm.
Its pierceable material allows access to the bottle contents with a needle or syringe for controlled withdrawal, addition or dispensing without removing the closure system, limiting exposure of the contents to the environment during handling.
Resistant to autoclave sterilisation up to 140 °C. During sterilisation, the container must allow pressure equalisation and must not remain hermetically sealed.
The GL45 screw cap is not included. The blue PP cap with a 34 mm hole, reference 079.009, can be purchased separately.
