3-Place Glass Filtration Manifold as a Replacement Part

The 3-place glass filtration manifold is designed as a replacement part for vacuum filtration systems using 47 mm membrane filters. Manufactured from Borosilicate Glass 3.3, it offers high chemical resistance and thermal stability, ensuring reliable performance in laboratory applications.

The main body consists of a horizontal manifold with three independent connections, each equipped with a glass stopcock with 90° closure, allowing individual or simultaneous operation at each position. The outlet features a 10 mm hose connection for linking to a vacuum pump using flexible tubing.

This component is intended to replace the original manifold in existing systems, restoring functionality without the need to replace the complete unit. Its design ensures compatibility with standard system components such as filter holders, funnels and common fittings.

The components are assembled using a silicone stopper and clamp system, ensuring a tight seal during filtration. For operation, a 47 mm membrane filter must be placed in the corresponding filter holder beforehand.

Borosilicate glass allows autoclave sterilisation; however, sudden temperature changes should be avoided to preserve material integrity.

Supplied as a replacement part. Funnels, filter holders, clamps and stoppers are not included.
