Nanovolume Spectrophotometer
Nahita Nanovolume Spectrophotometers — Models Z-6500 and Z-6500C
Nahita Nanovolume Spectrophotometers
Nahita nanovolume spectrophotometers are designed for the rapid and accurate quantification of nucleic acids, proteins and colourimetric assays in extremely small sample volumes. With advanced optical technology and an integrated digital system, they deliver precise results in just a few seconds, optimising performance in molecular biology, biotechnology and clinical analysis laboratories.
The system incorporates a long-life xenon light source that requires no warm-up time, together with a 3864-element silicon CCD detector offering high sensitivity and speed. The UV-Vis wavelength range from 200–900 nm enables versatile biomolecular analysis, while its ≤ 2 nm spectral resolution and ± 1 nm wavelength accuracy ensure reproducible measurements even at very low concentrations.
Compact and user-friendly, these devices feature a 7-inch high-definition touch screen with an integrated computer and pre-installed software requiring no additional setup. They include ≥ 32 GB of internal storage and allow result export in spreadsheet format via USB or local network. The stainless steel detection base with a quartz measurement point ensures long-term durability and precision.
Both models include two USB ports for external peripherals (mouse, keyboard, etc.) and use a split-beam optical system with adjustable path lengths of 1, 0.5 or 0.05 mm, offering maximum flexibility according to sample type. With a measurement cycle of ≤ 5 seconds and low power consumption (29 W), they are highly efficient for intensive laboratory use.
