You may return your items within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. However, we may ask you for the reason for the return for quality control and improvement purposes. You must arrange the return shipment and bear the cost of transport to our facilities.

The return period will expire 14 calendar days (including working days and public holidays) from the date of receipt of the order.

The product must be returned in appropriate condition and in its original packaging. Certain categories of products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal as indicated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
