3-Place Filtration Manifold for Vacuum Filtration

The multi-place filtration manifold is designed for quality control applications in laboratories within the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and water analysis sectors.
It enables separation processes using 47 mm membrane filters.

Manufactured from Borosilicate Glass 3.3 and Stainless Steel, the system combines high chemical resistance with mechanical robustness, making it suitable for demanding working environments.

The three-position configuration allows independent simultaneous filtrations, optimising analysis time and improving operational efficiency. Each station is equipped with a stopcock with 90° closure, enabling individual or parallel operation via a common outlet of the system.

The unit includes 300 ml funnels and a 10 mm hose connection for connection to a vacuum pump using flexible tubing. For correct operation, a 47 mm membrane filter must be placed in each filter holder prior to use.

The connection between components is achieved through a seal using a stopcock and clamp, ensuring a secure and stable seal during filtration.

The glass components allow autoclave sterilisation, while the metal elements provide structural stability and durability under intensive use. Sudden temperature changes should be avoided when handling glass components.

The vacuum system is established by connecting the manifold to a pump using flexible tubing, ensuring fast and uniform filtration. Before use, ensure that the membrane filter is correctly positioned in each filter holder.

47 mm membrane filters are not included.

The system can be easily dismantled for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring durability and reliable laboratory performance.
